How To: Clay Powder Bath Soak

Tired after a long day? Having muscle ache after a workout? Try detoxifying bath soak with Sheanefit’s clay powders. 

 

Run a bathtub with very warm water, and mix 3-4 cups of clay powders with water until the mixture becomes smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into the bath water and soak for 20-30 minutes. Try adding Epsom salts, dry flowers, or other essential oils for an aromatic bath. Rinse off with warm water to remove any clay particles on your skin. Dry thoroughly and moisturize your skin.
