Cupuacu Butter vs. Cocoa Butter

Cupuacu Butter comes from a tropical trees in Amazon that is like cacao tree. The color of the butter is slightly yellow, which resembles raw cocoa butter and its Cupuacu Butter has a distinctive smell similar to rum with a hint of chocolate. Cocoa butter has higher amount of stearic acid, while cupuacu butter has higher amount of oleic acid, causing cupuacu butter to absorb easily to the skin and has lighter texture than cocoa butter.
